Even though many say insurrection, I don't think any competent Federal Court has found Trump guilty of insurrection by trial jury. I am surprised they took the case. What Federal Court, unless one of those states gave Trump opportunity to set before a trial jury, in a federal court, a federal issue, Trump's attorneys didn't show, with or without Good Cause, and found him guilty in absentia? The Supreme Court may remand it back to the State Courts, dismiss the case, but probably won't bar Trump from Presidency for Insurrection without a federal jury trial first finding him guilty, unless a lot of language is in the complaint that says otherwise. Legal Argument would probably be that the case didn’t go through the proper federal appeal system giving Trump opportunity to fair justice under the law, or due process. “Due process is best defined in one word--fairness.

Yes. Las Vegas is also losing its beloved 99 cents stores today. Californians say the $20 minimum wage. But theft shoplifting was a big issue that they could not handle. Why aren’t Grocery Stores in my Neighborhood? Its Racism. Yea. But mostly lower-class racism shoplifting as a privilege thought to be. Most of the time, you will randomly see a person stuffing something in a purse. Confront the thug woman and you are cursed out or challenged a fight, maybe a hidden weapon, which many security guards, now employees dare not poster. The word hit the streets that cops aren’t arresting anyone for shoplifting didn’t help. Then there was the guy that day that ran out the store past the security guard with a basketful of groceries. The security guard pursued. The guy made it to his bike where he had stashed a baseball bat. Then, he ran the security guard back into the store. The shoplifter prevailed again. Then there are those stuffing their pants, shirts, pockets, and carry bags with products; not to mention the kids grabbing stuff with eyes turned. Then there was the shopping kart theft. The homeless at night. Then the profiteers’ probably in on it too. They tried putting big, tall post on the carts as to not let anyone take any out of the stores. I mean a discount store where people buying 4 or 5 baskets of products can’t reasonable be expected to take 4 or 5 bags, twenty cars down, out the store at a time, having to worry about someone else stealing the rest of their stuff: as they seen pondering back and forth. I told them the hassle would make people, large end shoppers, go elsewhere. But I was talking to low level management that had no say. Why ain’t no grocery stores in your neighborhood!
